Regular Board Meeting Information
Below is the regular meeting schedule. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed. All notices of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.
The Board determines to hold regular meetings on the third Monday of April, July, and October at 3:00 p.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not requiring a physical presence.
Notices of board meetings are posted on the website or when online posting is not available at the intersection of 5th and Yampa Street.
